IP Key Latin America supports increased IP protection and enforcement across the Latin American region, from Mexico to Chile.Through its activities, IP Key Latin America aims to support international firms, especially EU enterprises, doing business in the region.IP Key Latin America works collaboratively with its partners to increase awareness of the benefits of intellectual property as a key to growth and job creation

- Support management with the coordination of teams and liaise with other services/departments as well as partners from EU and various provider companies.- Actively contribute to the 21 European Cooperation Projects: https://euipo.europa.eu/ohimportal/es/consultation-on-european-cooperation-projects-Monitor the execution and administration of the various projects including (IT) aspects-Support the representation of the EUIPO as required during frequent onsite missions to IPOs and other locations, mainly inside the EU and candidate countries.-Develop and consolidate networks of contact through the Intellectual Property sphere, maintaining strong professional relationships with partner organisations and departments.

Consultant for EUIPO (European Intellectual Property Office):-Preparation of EU Cooperation Projects for EUIPO´s strategic plan "SP2020": create project briefs, human resources & financial planning at programme level. -Perform project progress monitoring dutties including identification of critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date

Project Planner for the Cooperation Fund Programme to coordinate and evaluate the project plan as per project strategy. Main tasks:• Update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency and optimization.• Create formal communication plan to both team members and management.• Perform project progress monitoring duties including identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts with progress achieved to date.• Meet all established project deadlines.• Regularly keep management informed of problems, issues, and status of on-going projects.• Create and maintain project plan.

Project design and implementation:-Design and implementation of collaborative R&D EU projects covering different research areas like new materials, new production processes, IT etc.-Identification of resources needed and assignment of individual responsibilities -Creation and execution of project work plans, and revision to meet changing needs and requirements. Project management & Monitoring-Management of day-to-day operation aspects of a project and scope according to established procedures under UNE EN ISO 166002 “Management System for R&D”-Revision of deliverables prepared by team before passing to client-Risk management, and project quality assurance management

Gained experience in a number of areas including: Quality Control, laboratory analysis and implementation and management of all Laboratory validations activities. All activities followed both by GMP and GLP regulations.
