With over 25 years of broadcast radio experience in major and medium markets, I have a passion for creating engaging and informative content for diverse audiences. As a broadcast radio professor at Conestoga College, I prepare students with on-air, writing, and production skills for careers in various radio and digital media roles, such as announcers, news anchors, creative writers, producers, and podcasters. In addition to teaching, I also have a weekly show on 96.7 CHYM FM. I began my radio career at the legendary 102.1 The Edge in Toronto, then moved to DAVE FM in Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge and built The Big Afternoon Radio Show into a strong and consistent ratings generator with the goal of being #1 for Adults 25-54. From there it was on to 91.5 The Beat and The Beat Breakfast making it the #1 station in key demos. My goal is to tell great stories and inspire students to do the same.
