He has conducted examinations on hundreds of digital devices to go along with hundreds of hours of digital forensics training. His training includes courses offered by Guidance Software (EnCase), National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), Access Data (FTK), United States Secret Service (USSS), the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists (IACIS), and SANS. Carlos holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Palm Beach Atlantic University (FL). In addition, he holds various certifications from SANS.
