Now in charge of:• Ensure proper handling of all commercial aspects in SAP/R3 and in accordance with corporate policy; • Ensure sales orders meet profitability objectives; Review the price calculations, pricing policy, sales agent commissions and foreign taxes.• Optimize cash flow; • Provide full support to the accounting department in monthly-closing and reporting activities.• Support the department to minimize risk exposure at all stages during the execution of sales orders and in claims management. Reviewing the T&C of our offers with the client's order and negotiating accordingly.

Main area of focus on commercial negotiations and contracting for both brownfield and greenfield Projects.

Project manager for implementation of a high level IT system for online data collection within six cement plants. The "Bridge" system connects the company’s EPR (SAP) and Production Control System at each plant for interchange of Operational and Production data, enabling benchmarks performance per plant and financial statements per day. Responsibilities include to leading an executive cross-functional team (Control, Production, Maintenance, Reporting, Quality, and IT), supported by solid technical knowledge through 4 years in cement operations (Electrical and control project coordination, maintenance assessments for CapEx allocation and as maintenance supervisor).ACHIEVEMENTS: Successful project executed within cost and time targets
