In my time in Pellegrinet, a renowed general contractor in Buenos Aires, I was in charge of programming certain tasks through out the site. Ranging from masonry to concrete to final finishes and was able to generate the requests for the materials needed in the tasks at hand.Here I was taken to a number of sites in different stages of the construction to reinforce the on going works.

This remodelling was done in sections with the hotel opened to the public. The remodelled sections included 12 floors of rooms, interior and exterior gardens, Lobby, Elena Restaurant and Nuestro Secreto Restaurant, the main ballroom and minor meeting rooms, Mezzanine level and spa of a five star hotel.I was in charge of quality control and keeping the work plan up to date. Generated licitations and comparatives to choose different contractors and providers.Met with the hotel representatives and General Manager in tours around the site keeping the eye on details and explaining the works being done.Managed the stocks of materials provided by us.2011 - Anexo Pabellón I, Universidad de Buenos AiresProject by Rafael Viñoly Architects. Wrote the particular specifications for the extension of the University and integrated the specifications done by assessors.

I managed and administered the remodelling of apartments in Buenos Aires city.I have skills with ACAD, which I used in the prepartion and presentation of plans for clients and for construction purposes.For presentation I used, besides ACAD, 3D StudioMax, Illustrator and Photoshop.
