In 2003 Salvador Camarena gave me the opportunity to join one emblematic brand: El Heraldo de México, which Economics section was lead by Maru García Sánchez, one of the first correspondent from a Mexican agency, Infosel, now Reforma. While there I served as an assistant, reporter, sub editor for 3 different areas: Economics, Entertainment and Reviews of local services (what you call now Time Out). In 2005, Edith Oropeza and Liliana Rodriguez mentored me in the magazine beauty making. The montly Contacto Digital ordered by Cablevision crafted my style: factual, investigative, strict, cynical, but always trying to be objective. At the same time, Ibero MX played a key a role because I learn how the truth will set us free. And knowledge is, by many standards, the collection of many truths gatered around to tell a story. which we can call History. Or as we journalit like to call it: context.Whereas on print, radio, TV and online media, I always try to understand the future of societies across industries driven by technology, because I found in the 80's telenovelas and scripted content from the US, Europe and even Japan, one hell of a hobbie turned into a career that allowed me to interview movie stars like Monica Bellucci and Hugh Jackman, but also talk about the Entertainment industry with Kathleen Kennedy.Yahoo, Publimetro and Notmusa were the outlets where I gained the most experience, but at the same time, the ones with worst practices for developing talent in their newsrooms. And that's why I left in 2016 when a dear boss recommend me to join the Proramming team at NBC Universal.I believe good content based on journalism is the only way to stay true to yourself and at the same time change the way our world is asking to take care of our land.
