 Winner of the Walmart “Vendor of the Year Award 2005”. Successful price change in SSS. Control of Trade Spending ( Deals, promotions) 14% Annual growth vs. LY Re negotiation and change of commercial conditions with SINERGIA group. Responsible for negotiation and commercial strategy in national Self Service Stores like Wal-Mart, Comercial Mexicana, Gigante, Soriana, Chedraui, H&B and all others. Reports to Sales Director.

Growth sales in 25% vs. LY. Decrease in 12 Days Sales Outstanding (payment collection) vs. last year. Responsible for 10 territories distributed in the states of Nuevo Leon, Coahuila, Tamaulipas, Durango, Chihuahua, Sonora, Sinaloa, BCN, BCS. Person in charge of sales and collection across the entire Trade: Self Service Stores (SSS) and Wholesalers (WS) Planning and execution of strategies of wholesalers like Ibarra, Sahuayo, Chapa, etc. Negotiation with national and regional SSS chains.• Reports to National Sales Field an Wholesalers Manager.

 Desarrollo de nuevos productos y empaques para clubes de precio, incremento del 50% del portafolio y crecimiento del 87% en ventas. Negociación y responsabilidad directa de Comercial Mexicana, Sam´s y COSTCO. Ofertas, promociones y estrategias de venta en estas cadenas. Reporte al Gerente Nacional de SSS.

Responsible for the negotiations with WS at the Bajío Area and attention to SSS of the states of Querétaro, Guanajuato, Zacatecas, San Luis Potosí and Aguascalientes. Direct reporting from 3 salesmen. Negotiation with WS like DECASA, La Guadalupana, etc.

Responsible of the operation and administration of the Distribution center. Attention of national SSS chains. Responsible for 50 salesmen, 5 supervisors and 6 administrative reports. Attention to the states of Jalisco, Nayarit, Colima and BCS.
