Dispatch Supervisor
CurrentEnsures balanced workload for service technicians and progression of service orders to completion tomeet monthly service budget targets.Follows up and enforces dispatch policies and procedures as well as any process changes, updates anddirections.Reviews and updates content from the CSR and dispatch training manuals.Provides support with change management to improve workflow efficiency.Assists customer service manager in onboarding and training new dispatchers; effective training.coaching and development of the service team to successfully perform their job responsibilities as well as any disputes and escalations that can occur.
