I have been working for thirty years as a university professor and trainer in the field of disability. I currently hold various positions in academic management both in the direction of postgraduate courses, as well as in community outreach programs, evaluation commissions of research projects and review of scientific articles.Observing a need in postgraduate training, the Doctorate in Disability is accredited during 2019 at the Favaloro University in which he held the position of director. The Doctorate is the first of its kind both in the country and in Latin America and seeks that research on different topics is developed in each region and can carry out a strategic project for the production of knowledge on regional disabilities of the highest academic level.Likewise, I coordinated services for people with disabilities in various organizations, both services and within the Argentine social security. In 2015 I assumed the General Secretariat of the National Commission for the Integration of People with Disabilities of the Presidency of the Nation. It was a unique opportunity to see the dimension of the problems of the people in Argentina. In 2016 I established the QUALIS Foundation for the Quality of Life of People with Disabilities with which we support organizational and institutional transformation, as well as promoting technological and social innovation for the inclusion of people. In 2021 we developed INVENTIVA.AR a platform for social innovation in disability. We want it to be a place where new ideas and proposals emerge and are linked, a place where collaborative culture, dialogue and the presence of diverse approaches can be found facilitating problem solving.
