The first step was to understand the sector and its problems. From there, I diagnosed, designed and implemented strategies, actions and programs to reach the proposed objectives. My role was to lead a team of internal and external collaborators to make all this possible. COVID changed everything, and we took care of communicating that what the mate we have always been sharing as essence, was now individual, but that we can share the responsibility of taking care of ourselves and the rest, sharing the “mate round”, everyone with an own mate and straw.
