25 years of construction industry knowledge as owner/operator of small business plus years of combined experience as Project Foreman, superintendent and project manager in commercial and residential construction. I have a significant amount experience in structural building processes, concrete flat work, masonry walls, tilt up, form carpentry, wood & metal framing, all phases of interior construction, drywall, paint and seal coatings. I have managed complete exterior/ interior build outs, renovations and remodels of existing county and private owned buildings geared for public use. From retail space, small chain restaurants, custom hair salons to large branch libraries, county/public service, clerk of courts, fire stations and other public safety buildings. Additionally, I have built hundreds of homes throughout my career both high end custom and track homes right here in Central Florida. I was directly responsible for conducting all preconstruction meetings, lot clearing, site preparations, daily task scheduling, project inspections and acceptance of work performed all the way through closeout. Through years of hard work and dedication, I have successfully completed hundreds of valuable projects on time and within budget. My ability to negotiate contract pricing, schedule and monitor work performance, execute change orders and contract agreements make me a valuable asset to any company striving to succeed financially. I am well versed in the industry practices with professional communication skills among owners, operators, architects, engineers and onsite construction personnel in oral and written communication form.
