Evolution of roles within digital transformation and automation projects, transitioning from technical to managerial activities:• End-to-end oversight of process transformation and automation cycle: identifying opportunities, developing business cases, understanding business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements, development, testing phase, go-live, and maintenance.• Demand management: new processes, maintenance needs, alerts.• Daily coordination between business and technology areas.• Support in change management initiatives resulting from transformation.• Leadership and coordination of teams (4-6 FTE) at operational level.• Participation in supervision committees with involvement of senior management.• Benchmarking of automation platforms and technologies (RPA, OCR, AI, etc.).• Elaboration of proposals.

Participation in automation and digital transformation projects based on low-code technologies in companies across diverse sectors (financial, telecommunications, tourism, etc.). Responsibilities:• Support in definition and deployment of governance, operational, systems architecture and reporting models, aligned with security policies and data handling protocols.• Analytics: identification of business and technical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Design of real time operational monitoring dashboards.• Implementation of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) solution in High Availability mode: architecture design, infrastructure requirements verification, component installation, validation testing.• Identification of automation opportunities across organizational areas (Operations, Technology, HR, etc.): understanding of necessities and requirements, business case elaboration.• Process definition: analysis of current situation (AS-IS) and process redesign (TO-BE).• Development, testing, and deployment of automations, focusing on compliance with methodologies and best practices.
