I am a professional with over 44 years of experience in technology market, acting both in "startups" as well as in established IT companies. In 2003, I took the lead of EMC Brazil operation as Country Manager, with direct reports to the Vice President of Latin America and after I had become DVP - Divisional Vice President. I led a team with more than 600 employees, including sales, pre and post sales, professional services, operations, marketing, finance and human resources departments. During my management at EMC Brasil I can highlight: - "Best Customer Satisfaction Rate Among EMC" recognition followed times;- Significant increase in company revenue;- Implementation of Indirect Channels Sales division;- New factory and a research and development center;- Support process of Iomega division joint venture with Lenovo;In October 2015, the acquisition of EMC by Dell was announced and approved in September 2016. I was responsible for conducting all aspects related to it within EMC Brazil. Including: - Creation of DellEMC Enterprise division, with EMC professionals and those already active in Strategic Accounts by Dell;- Reallocation of EMC professionals who started working at Dell Commercial division;- Go to market strategy, new goals and P&L.
