As a co-founder of Convo4u, I co-lead the development of a innovative CRM tool that integrate platforms like Whatsapp and other messaging apps, empowering small businesses to efficiently manage and engage their customer base.Previously, I led Elo7, the largest online marketplace for handmade products in Brazil, from a subscription-based service to a dynamic marketplace model, resulting in a remarkable CAGR GMS of 40% and a customer base exceeding 2 million buyers and 100,000 sellers. I also successfully secured two rounds of funding from top-tier investors, including Monashees, Accel and Insight Partners and grew from a sole team to 250 employees, fostering a culture that values human connection, collaboration and innovation. I hold an MBA from The Wharton School and an Industrial Engineering degree from Escola Politécnica - USP.
