I spent seven transformative years at Luum, joining when the company had 10 employees and helping navigate significant growth and acquisition by HealthEquity (a publicly-traded company 100x the size of Luum). Along the way, I hired, managed, and mentored dozens of team members, and we delivered a commute management platform unmatched in the market and leveraged by some of the biggest employers in the country.
