- Support to the Secretary General regarding the international activity and theimplementation of a strategic plan.- Elaboration of a 4-year strategic plan defining the mission, vision and values of the RFEF(This was done with the help of UEFA in 2020 and we are now in the implementationphase).- Coordination of a professionalization course with the 23 regional federations toimplement not only our plan, but also to create their own strategic plan.- Monitoring strategic relations with other federations such as Saudi Arabia, but above all,with Spanish-speaking federations.- Relations with FIFA and UEFA. Specifically in 2021 I have led a FIFA project on the analysis ofthe global football ecosystem analysis.- Permanent contact with Spanish clubs, Ministry of sport and UEFA to coordinate the entryof foreign clubs to Spain. Advice on border issues to clubs.- Member of the "World Cup 2030 Bid" working group.- Wrote reports to the Secretary General, draft letters in English or French.

Leading the commercial activity in foreign countries and developing a strong sales structure in each country (Middle east, Europe, Balkans, North Africa and the USA.Proposing changes in the sales strategy of the company to be able to penetrate in different cultural scenarios.Negotiating with distributors contract conditions and price policy as well as following up the application of the agreements.Expanding the business in new markets and regular visits to our main markets.Organizing trainings with our stylists in other countries to provide the necessary skills to the hairdressers, wholesalers and sales force on how to use our tools.Attending every year to shows in our main markets to strengthen commercial visibility of the brand, supporting our distributor and increase sales.

- An NGO dedicated to organizing conferences on international topics such as migration, women in the armed forces, the external action of the EU, exchange programs for young students in the USA, etc.- Organized an important event for UNESCO and we brought high-level participants (Bill Richardson, Aleksander Kwasniewski...) and representatives of the United Nations (Irina Bokova, Lakhdar Brahimi, Jehangir Khan...) to explore the perspectives for countering violent extremism through the protection of cultural heritage and educational initiatives.- Led a research project on cross border cooperation and how to boost local business.- Assisted the Former Bulgarian Foreign minister, Solomon Passy, in all the organization of these events.

- Prepared the daily press for the ambassador on relevant issues.- Dealt with social media to announce our events and spread Foreign Affairs department news that might be interesting for Spanish citizens in Croatia. - Wrote reports in international topics for the Ambassador mainly related to the refugee crises and the new EU energy Policy.- Attended to conferences on topics related to the EU and the Schengen area.- Contributed to the projection of Spanish culture with all the organization of cultural events and provided funding for Spanish artists coming to Croatia.

- Conducted a research project entitled “A larger participation of Bosnia-Herzegovina in the NATO Partnership for Peace (PfP)”.- Supported the team in other projects regarding the relations between Bosnia-Hercegovina and the EU.

- Supported the investment managers with the aim of selling real estate asset portfolios.- Responsible for the material being prepared for the commercializing of these assets.- Attended to several meetings with potential investors (Credit Suisse, Cerverus Capital...)- Performed research studies on a diverse range of real estate markets and assets for the team.- Coordinated the availability of these assets with the directors of the banks retail offices.
