I love listening to my clients' financial goals, the ups and downs of their financial life, and how they're working to succeed in life. Some are passionate, others laugh it off - it's a wonderful experience to be a part of someone's journey - it's a change of pace from the typical ME, ME, ME of everyday life. It's the emotional investment you give to the person on other side of the conversation that makes an impact. That, I think, is two-way motivation.
