Curious, optimistic, planner and realizer. A language master. Combinations of words that since early in my life defined all the paths I would create and follow.These paths led me to develop expertise in translating the complex dialects of managers, geeks, X, Y Z generations, idealists, realizers, complainers and passive accepters into the language of clients, results, change and project management.I early joined a bank in a strong emerging market (Brazil), with a sound social approach, over 7,000 employees and $16 billion in equity. There, I created strategic communication plans, and managed successful offline and digital marketing campaigns. The wide range of internal and external targets [from high-end segments to microfinance for the Bottom of the Pyramid (BOP)], has always represented inspiring challenges for me. By leading talented teams through high valued networks, negotiation, internal marketing, million dollar budget management and optimization, I could help to exponentially boost the company’s growth (10 times in some segments).As an entrepreneur, I founded successful initiatives, like a retail franchise and an ad agency.In the USA, I achieved a Master’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship, from a highly ranked business school. I am also a certified as project manager (PMP), Salesforce CRM Developer and Google Analytics professional. From top ranked universities in Brazil, I have an MBA, specialization in economics and graduation in Communications/Marketing.Later on, I leaded challenging strategic missions like the creation of the Northeast Innovation Hub (to bring the silicon valley´s innovation culture to the Company), an agile Project to develop and upgrade technology to the 2.3 million microcredit clients, a venture to adapt the Bank’s processes to the modern Data Privacy and Protection Brazilian Law, tha Corporate University and nowadays, once more, head of the Bank´s Innovation Hub . The Bank and all its employees need to look inside and forward, to be ready for a future where technology and the right mindset are essential for surviving and thriving. The Innovation Hub is the right place to do it. The world is complex, and so are people and organizations. The bank has 220 branches, serves 2,000 municipalities, and is the largest institution in Latin America with a focus on regional development and operates as a commercial and a development bank.
