Sales main tasks:- Management of executive customers and OEM customers- Coordination of Area managers and international sales agent- Back-office supervision and training. Implementation of best practices to improve POs executions- Definition and control of the sales budget - Strategic planning: choice of markets, type of customers and sales tactics depending on the distribution channel, identifying new market opportunities.- Drafting incentive program for agents and clients.Marketing area main tasks:- Identification of new products- Definition of the expenditure budget in the commercial area (participations fairs, advertising costs, etc.)- Supervising preparation of product catalogues, brochures, promotional and technical videos- Supervision of social media channels (drafting of editorial plans, budget allocation of social campaignes) and company website and mobile app Additional duties:- Supervision of purchasing area for critical and strategic components - Close collaboration with Operation Manager to improve production scheduling, stock level and order fulfillment - Quarterly control of company economic data (financial statements, internal reporting for margin control) in collaboration with the CFO
