Managing the supplier quality programs initiated by the corporate offices and supporting the quality assurance program for the facility in accordance with the ISO-9000 and TS-16949 guidelines.Successfully worked with Hutchinson plant in transferring proven working methods for the Reynosa facility.Developed a Return Non-Complaint Parts methodology between the Hutchinson Plant and the Reynosa Plant for all raw materials.

Hold the role as SQA and QE for this Tier 1 manufacturer of seat belts, airbags, steering wheels, interior trims, fabrics and child restraint systems and components for the automotive industry. Major customers include Toyota, VW, Audi, BMW, DCX, Ford, GM, Honda, Hyundai, Mazda, Mitsubishi, and Nissan. Manage supplier quality, internal quality audits, internal training, continuous improvement programs, and documentation (i.e. APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFD, FMEA, PCP, PSO, Q1, etc.) to support the quality assurance program for the facility in accordance with TS-16949 guidelines.Successfully transferred the Honda SDA program (Accord) from the corporate offices to our Reynosa facility.
