Formally known as CF Engineering, MFED is an One Stop Shop for design, build and project management of commercial and residential real estate, including parking lots, condominiums, apartment complexes, townhouses, and single-family homes. Conducting business development and networking activities to secure opportunities. We prepare site plan and design, coordinate topographic survey work, layouts, and as-built. Over the years we cultivated strategic partnerships with town planning and zoning boards and conservation commissions to expedite permitting. Expertise in drainage analysis and design, wetlands impact assessment and mitigation, and watershed modeling to plan, design, and install large wastewater treatment, pressure dosed, and advanced treatment systems. Test and analyze soil conditions to determine location and design of subsurface sewage disposal systems.

Founder and former partner of Terratec Construction, +16 years involved in Project Planning, from conceptual studies, through detail design, construction management, commissioning, validation and project handover. Acted as a key interface point between the design team, construction management team and handover teams for Terratec, performing in the areas of infrastructure, energy, education and health, residential, commercial and industrial edification, basic sanitation and town planning.Relevant Project Experience Includes:

Oversaw planning and site design for office parks, residential communities, and commercial facilities, including building structures, infrastructure, public schools, sanitary sewage, stormwater management systems, and condominiums. Coordinated topographic surveys and property layouts. Served as subject matter expert (SME) on drainage analysis and design, wetlands impact assessment and mitigation, and watershed modeling; tested soil and mapped out as-builts.

Directed all aspects of commercial and residential real estate development projects, including new construction and renovations.
