Travel Safe Officer
CurrentWorking as a member of the customer service team executing the following activities:• Provide a consistently high level of targeted revenue protection, reducing levels of ticketless travel;• Issue penalty fares and irregularity reports to those travelling without valid tickets;• Increase passenger perceptions on their security whilst on MTR trains and stations;• Greet customers and assist them with their journey, delivering industry leading customer service;• Provide colleagues and customers with precise information during disruptions;• Work collaboratively with MTR team, British Transport Police and other train operating companies.
