In this role, he managed a $2.5 million budget and reported directly to a distinguished 16-member national board of directors. His leadership led to the creation of five new innovative programs and initiatives, resulting in a twofold increase in revenue and a membership surge exceeding 100%. Impressively, these programs continue to thrive today. Additionally, Carlos took on the role of executive producer for the organization's acclaimed short documentary series, "Insider Game."His career journey began in the public sector, where he served two Florida House of Representatives members. Subsequently, he was appointed Executive Director of the Miami-Dade County Legislative Delegation—a diverse, bipartisan body comprising 27 elected officials at the time. Additionally, his experience also extends to political operations, campaign management, and the oversight of political action committees.Geographically, his work has traversed numerous cities, including Atlanta, Detroit, Fayetteville, Kansas City, Los Angeles, Miami, Tallahassee, and Washington, D.C., where he resides today.Education remains a cornerstone of his professional pursuits. Carlos is presently pursuing a master's degree from Georgetown University, building upon the strong foundation laid at Barry University and Miami Dade College.
