Cuento para ello con un grupo de Operadores de Service que se encargan de dar seguimiento a los eventos, tanto los reportados de manera reactiva como aquellos detectados de forma proactiva. También gestiono las tareas del grupo de Especialistas preparados para darles soporte al equipo de Service como al resto de las unidades de la dirección de Field Service. Otro de los equipos con los que cuento, le dá seguimiento a aquellas instalaciones que por alguna razon se apartaron del camino feliz. Finalmente, con nuestro equipo de Customer Service Managers, le agregamos el focal point necesario a aquellas cuentas corporativas que lo demanden.
