Leader of the Global SCADA organization, in charge of creating strategic plan for SCADA Team and leading resources reorganization in diverse locations worlwide, changing from regional to functional organization including HW and SW development, System Deployment and 24x7 Support. Creation of new standards and procedures, selection and contracting of new on site and back-end tools.Resulting organization provides support to over 1800 operating monitoring and SCADA systems, delivers in excess of 150 systems per year and achieved 56% savings respect previous year.

Guided the transition from the then existing, 5 day per week 8h day EMEA monitoring team into, 7 day per week follow-the-sun Remote Operations Center (ROC), covering 120 sites in both EMEA and LatAm. The transformation project included deployment of new internal monitoring tool and IBM Maximo, implementation of procedures for work order management and creation of metrics and control dashboard.

Management of the Service Contracts in a portfolio of 12 different renewable energy funds with over 150MW of PV plants in Spain, Italy and Bulgaria, building up revenue over EUR 3.5M/year in 2013. Accountable for P&L and cash flow of the contracts as well as interface with customers and coordination of activities as Service Project Manager.

Head of the Operations Department, reporting to VP and managing a team of up to 4 engineers. Responsible for the Operation of 60MW PV portfolio with annual revenue over EUR 42M in 2012.Continuous improvement initiatives affecting purchase and implementation of Etrion Central Monitoring System, development of new insurance program, optimization of security strategy and standardization of performance analysis and reporting, leading to over 3% increase in portfolio EBITDA.Management and negotiation claims to contractors and OEM’s achieving compensations for over EUR 1.5M and negotiation of O&M contracts for Etrion projects.

Leader the EU Solar O&M operations, covering over 50MW of solar power plants and delivering a gross margin over 40%. Tasks included creation from scratch of new team in Italy and exporting best practices to Australia and US, as well as participation with Sales Team in negotiations with project ownership and lenders in France, Italy, Spain and Bulgaria, resulting in sales of over EUR 180M.Project Management for the development of BP Solar Global Operating Centre (GOC), accountable for budget over USD 3M.

Development of Spanish Solar O&M structure and coordination of Spanish PV plants (over 33MW) operation, managing the activities of two contractor companies.Development of performance warranties based on performance assessment.Internal due diligence of PV plants to join O&M portfolio.Negotiation and development of O&M contracts with customers for more than USD 21M.

Preparation of design directives and safety assessment of the fuel system for Airbus A330MRTT project. As a part of the previous, specification of electromechanical components of the system and follow up of their development.

As part of the Parasitic Drag Team, assessment of the impact of manufacturing non conformities on the parasitic drag of the A380 horizontal tail plane. Development of go / no go measuring process implemented in the assembly line.
