Design, fabrication and characterization of thin film transistors (TFTs) based on zinc nitride thin films as channel layer. The research was focused on the development of novel technologies for sensing and biosensing advanced platforms. The research involves the fabrication of TFTs by chemical etching, lift-off and photolithography.
