I am head of the Venture Capital and Fintech practice and partner in the Corporate/M&A department at FILS. I have over 14 years’ experience advising companies across a number of different industries —consumer products, clean technologies, software, education, financial, medical devices and business services.I typically act as “outside general counsel”, not only by helping companies on varied legal matters (such as financings, M&A, employment, options, licensing, etc.), but also by offering them market knowledge on terms and strategies for navigating difficult situations and achieving successful results.With a previous background working in the Bank of Spain, I have experience advising clients in corporate, regulatory, AML, and transactional matters in regulated and financial markets, completing my multi-faceted profile and allowing me to provide comprehensive advisory services to a wide range of different clients.
