• Functional oversight for partner data and POE administration on MGI systems in setup and maintenance processes; effectively manage (+5000/month) operations on data with varying levels of complexity and impact on partner transactability internationally. • Participate in global projects from system entry and data management perspective, mapping and mitigating risks and ensuring data quality standards are fully met at all times; oversee data integrity in keeping with binding MGI policies for Data Security and Risks policies, matching data entry efficiency with audit requirements; ensure the proper subject matter experts are engaged from the team. • Accountable for building, updating and reorganizing Partner on-boarding and maintenance controls: process, financial (SOX) and technical (system-audit). • Managing Partner Setup engagement in on-going process-internal audits, internal functional audits and 3rd party audits, including SOX audits and regulatory filings; Ensure that proper documentation (policies and procedures) is maintained, reviewed and uploaded to the share-point for required referencing to the global policies; build governance around data usage andmaintenance; provides feedback and input to other functions audits, as requested by internal audit. • Lead, coach and develop team of 30+ staff; Develops team to ensure strong rapport and influence as necessary. • Help develop business cases and manages the FTE cost estimates related to new strategic IT investments and data projects; deliver on and accelerate automation based on Oracle enhancements; ensure org readiness of the team members though UAT monitoring and pre-production review. • Drive alignment with other functional teams such as IT, Product, Go-to-Market or QS to on process efficiencies and compliance, ensuring clear understanding of PSU role in UAT testing, new projects implementation or Product Deployment.
