I have been an entrepreneur (Nebia*, Spinciti), CEO (Sport City, Marti), Chairman (Endeavor), Investor (Thermion, Bright, Pagatodo, Inter) of companies trying to change the status quo and improve the world.I love finding new companies or ideas that I can help grow or develop. - - - - - *Nebia was founded in 2013 (by me and my 85 y/o dad) with the mission to save water by developing more efficient shower heads... and it has been a truly epic ride. Philip Winter joined as co-founder in 2013 and in 2014 moved from Mexico City to San Francisco with the idea of launching a sustainable global brand. In late 2014, we met two of the most transcendental people in our lives: Nebia’s first investor (Tim Cook, Apple) and Nebia’s third co-founder (Gabriel Parisi-Amon, Apple).In summer 2015 we joined Y-Combinator (S15) and by the end of summer Nebia was launched to the world, via one of the most successful Kickstarter campaigns to date. In the next two years we met wonderful investors, grew the team, developed the first gen of Nebia showers and shipped thousands of units.In 2018 we partnered with one of the biggest shower manufacturers -MOEN - and with them we developed new products and launched in new channels having presence in more than 900 stores. After launching 2 more generations of showers and the most sustainable towels in the market, in April 2022, we merged with Brondell to continue developing healthy and sustainable products.Nebia has been featured in NYT, FastCo, WSJ, Wired and is currently in thousands of homes. With our products, our customers have saved more than 450 million gallons of water.
