Main project assignments:- Poultry Farm Management Solution implementation for Cargil Protein business in Central America (USD 2M).- Customer Portal implementation for Agriculture Supply Chain in Brazil and Argentina (USD 3-5M), using a combination of Scrum and Waterfall.- Ports mgmt system replacement to ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements in Brazil, for 3 Cargill Ports (USD 2-3M).- Pricing Solution (PriceFX) implementation for Poultry and Meats business in Central America, with part of the team in Europe and Latam. - CPQ (PROS) solution implementation for the Food and Bio business in Brazil with functional and technical teams spread across the US and Europe (USD 2-3M). - SAP rollout - focused on building new integrations to connect Cargill´s legacy systems to the new ERP.- Implementation of One Source Global Trade to comply with regulatory protocols and ensure tax and tariff compliance, for Finance-Tax, acting as PM / Testing lead.- TMS System and Payment solution (freight and tolls) rollout and enhancements in Brazil (USD 2-3M).Overall responsibilities:- Scope Management: Refined project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior mgmt and stakeholders.- Timeline Management: Developed detailed project plans, tracked progress, and ensured timely delivery of milestones.- Budget Management: Prepared and managed project budgets, monitored expenses, and ensured adherence to financial constraints.Key Achievements:- Successfully delivered projects on time and within budget.- Improved project efficiency by implementing scope control and change processes.- Achieved cost savings through budget monitoring and resource allocation. Assigned to the Nestlé account, working specifically in a program to renegotiate (cost savings) replace and enhance, all the circuits and connections for the Nestle´s broker sites (third party distributors). I worked directly with the BT Client Executive and Commercial Manager, reporting to the PMO manager in LATAM.

Worked as a Project Manager assigned to the Bank of America account, dedicated to projects related to infrastructure build, site revamp, VoIP and telecom devices installation in bank branches located in the US. Although the PMO was in Brazil, all the functional and technical resources, engineers, field services, as well as our clients, were in the USA.

As an Incident Manager and part of the Situation Management Team, I had the overall responsibility and authority of a specific incident, and had to coordinate and direct all facets of the incident response effort, until resolution. The SMT was a Global Team with members across US and Brazil.

Responsible to monitor the systems of many Global companies and act (as per process) to create incidents for anything that is different from normal operations and could be impacting EDS clients.Also acted as first level support after gaining experience during the Monitoring days.
