Assigned to the Nestlé account, working specifically in a program to renegotiate (cost savings) replace and enhance, all the circuits and connections for the Nestle´s broker sites (third party distributors). I worked directly with the BT Client Executive and Commercial Manager, reporting to the PMO manager in LATAM.

Worked as a Project Manager assigned to the Bank of America account, dedicated to projects related to infrastructure build, site revamp, VoIP and telecom devices installation in bank branches located in the US. Although the PMO was in Brazil, all the functional and technical resources, engineers, field services, as well as our clients, were in the USA.

As an Incident Manager and part of the Situation Management Team, I had the overall responsibility and authority of a specific incident, and had to coordinate and direct all facets of the incident response effort, until resolution. The SMT was a Global Team with members across US and Brazil.

Responsible to monitor the systems of many Global companies and act (as per process) to create incidents for anything that is different from normal operations and could be impacting EDS clients.Also acted as first level support after gaining experience during the Monitoring days.
