33 years old, with a professional experience within different roles for over nine years when consistency, opportunity to learn and interest of the project have resulted as key elements for decision. Captivated by Management Control as a process to add value, I enhance its ability to motivate teams and reward efforts.My involvement in complex projects (i.e. start-up and international engagements) has resulted in a high technical knowledge and a professional recognition due to the successful results. Nevertheless my experience says that for this purpose, most of academic and professional knowledge are irrelevant if we are not able to make and lead teams and rely on, in my opinion, the best skill for these tasks, the common sense.
