- Geotechnical & structural anchor point design and analysis, including: piles, monopiles, suction caissons, and drag anchors- Geotechnical stability calculation for shallow foundations, as PLEMs- Interpreting site investigation data for offshore and nearshore projects- Managing geotechnical interfaces together with structural/mechanical departments- Mooring & Hose analysis for SPM (buoy) systems (strength/load & fatigue assessments)- Mooring & Riser analysis for FPSO systems (strength/load & fatigue assessments)- Guidance of mooring system details to vendor with specifications, drawings and review of their vendor data- Writing of Installation Guidelines (document and drawings) for the offshore installation of the mooring systems- Offshore witness during the installation of the mooring systems and hook-up of SPM and FPSO systems

- Assisting the Engineering and Reporting Manager and Principal Engineers in the technical direction, resource management, planning, mentoring, and training of a team of geotechnical engineers- Communicating directly with Clients and Fugro’s project management team to ensure requirements are met- Technically managing a portfolio of various-sized projects within billed allowances, ensuring compliance with the specification and delivery of projects to programme dates- Performing offshore stints as a Lead Geotechnical Engineer, and training and mentoring junior staff

Serving as a geotechnical engineer for offshore and nearshore soil investigations conducted from specialized drilling vessels and jack-up rigs. Experience in executing, processing and interpretation of different offshore and near-shore sampling and in-situ activities such as:• Geotechnical and geological logging. • A wide range of offshore sampling and in-situ test techniques including push sampling, hammer sampling, piston cores, rock coring, cone penetration testing and offshore laboratory testing.In-office experience includes preparation of operational campaigns, field and laboratory data analysis and geotechnical data and parameter reporting.

• Project Management, Report Preparation & Client Communication.• Performing Special Core Analysis & EOR tests: MICP, FRF, FRI, Kw, Core Flooding, Capillary Pressure.• Generating, Processing, Reporting & QA/QC of Data.

• Performing Special Core Analysis tests: FRF, FRI, Kw, Capillary Pressure, Porosity, Permeability and Grain Density, Pore Volume Compressibility.• Make sure that samples are managed properly.• Providing weekly Highlights on the Lab activities.• Assist in planning and managing Laboratory Capabilities.• Ensuring that all actions comply with our safety and quality procedures.

Geological-geotechnical log.• Retaining walls design.• Laboratory (unconfined and confined compression, shear, triaxial) and “in situ” (SPT, CPT) tests.• Landslides and slope stability assessments.• RMR assessment for geomechanical rock mass studies.• Surface water, groundwater modelling and seepage control.
