During 2016 - 2020, I was a member of the management team responsible for advanced maintenance, safety and environmental activities that led the company to be within the top 5 safest branches as an industry (of the group) and in production area.

In charge of coordinating the maintenance of the property with a total of 5.1 ha; Among my main activities were the maintenance and monitoring of equipment such as: Chillers, air compressed equipment, UMA’s & Air Handling Units, and all the conductions that the equipment requires to keep the factory in operating condition (data, voice, pneumatic, chilled water, hydraulic) ; This includes maintenance of facades, roofing, gardening with more than 11 thousand square meters of green areas and a football court, metallic docks and ramps (18 doors), lighting, potable water, drains, etc, as well as the administration of cleaning and gardening staff for the site. Special projects such as maintenance to substations (five) and internal remodeling CAPEX projects and SAP administration, internal relocations and expansions that include black, gray and white civil related works. Project Manager for new substation (redundancy) and installation, none production stoppages with extreme cleanliness in the site.Main Achievements:• 100% Fulfillment at the 175 kVA substation installation within budget and timing.• 100% release of the architectural and installation project of 85 construction plans for the new airport factory• “Talent award” during 2015 because of increased service levels in production for facilities and utilities.

In charge of 4 sites in two different locations at Querétaro City. Among my main activities was the supervision, maintenance and operation of both factories: Firefighting system. Air conditioning. Hazardous waste. Water treatment plant (biological) with excellent result within local standards to water the garden of main site. Fire extinguisher maintenance. Buildings maintenance and improvements among which are: hydraulic, sanitary, voice, data, painting, plumbing, gas installation maintenance for kitchen and painting and oven production line, pavements, roofing (change of segments, translucent sheets, guttering system -drains-, caulking), downpipes, electrical connections, floors, tiles, bathrooms. CCTV, etc., Maintenance of special equipment such as UPS (uninterruptible power systems). – Kitchen cold and freezing chambers. Annual maintenance for 150 and 75 kVA transformers. Direct participation at the 3,000 square meters construction since land cleaninguntil roof and electrical, voice, data, and offices installation (ready to work).Main Achievements:• Direct participation and supervision on the new branch constructions (3,000 sqm)

Responsible for the maintenance of 120 Branches in Mexico (as well as their construction and relocation if was necessary), also in charge of 11 ha at Corporative main offices; Supplier administration and Construction personnel management (receives the position with 75 Branches), during this period I directed the construction of 45 new offices in order to increasing the points of service; All installations, maintenance and improvements includes hydro-sanitary supervision, voice and data cabling, normal and regulated electric power, air conditioning, gray and white civil related works; corrective and preventive reports monitoring having a record of 1320 reports attended during 2005, 1150 during 2006, 1171 in 2007 and 1612 reports in 2008, 1350 in 2009.In charge of special projects in medium voltage (13200 kV transformers), remodeling of branches, image renewal nationwide, relocation of points of sale, turnkey projects managed with the construction supplier.Main Achievements:• 100% compliance with 45 construction new branches around Mexico under normative.• 22 branches construction record and operating during 2007.• 100% compliance in 75 branches remodeling and installation of regulated and grounded energy.
