Maximize Customer Confidence & Minimize Quality Cost.Responsible to Lead quality for our Global Supply Chain operation, on its both ends, Raw Materials & DCs, Customers. Define guidelines for Suppliers to better integrate for seamless material exchange and consumption and build internal strong relationships to be Agile and execute based on data foundation.• Establish Supplier QA Management guidelines for Yarns, Dyes/Chems, Trims & Packaging for Apparel/Socks• Monitor Incoming material conformity • Measure and Monitor Suppliers' overall performance (scorecard)• Lead quality for VAS Packaging and inventory integrity for Honduras Distribution Center; work with on-site Customer Product audits. Support Sales team to guarantee on-time and in-conformance shipments.• Consolidate global Customer complaints and provide response/solutions to the Sales and Customer Reps that have direct contact with Customers and consumers• Analyze WMT and AMZ consumer feedback review from online shopping / translate feedback into key action items• Support the operation through build-up of internal business solutions for agility and data analytics.

Lead Gildan's quality strategy for trims, accesories, sewing thread and packaging supplies used in sewing, hosiery, embellishment, packaging manufacturing process; including distribution centers and manufacturing contractors.Integrate, manage and support Suppliers to deliver consistent quality. Measure financial recovery on poor quality, credits and chargebacks. Evaluate and monitor suppliers' overall production process based on quality to improve lead times and speed-to-market.Innovate processes to deliver and assure quality to meet/exceed Customers' needs, expectations and requirements.Support global operations: Central America, Mexico, USA, Caribbean and Bangladesh.
