I am a connector, strategic thinker and a problem solver with a strong focus on customer service who adds stakeholder value in every step of the supply chain. I started my career in logistics, as a freight forwarder all over the US, managing FTL, LTL, and intermodal transportation. I then moved to a global freight forwarding company in which I got involved in air and ocean global trade routes. After four years, I obtained an MBA from EADA, a top European business school in Barcelona, Spain, and started working for Kimberly Clark Honduras. While at KC, I grew from distribution manager to supply chain manager for Honduras in only four years. Throughout my experience at KC, I have learned to manage people, think strategically, the critical role of supply change in business results, KPIs, project management, forecasting, planning, customer service both internal and external. I believe SCH plays a critical role in the top and bottom-line results of the company and efficiency is fundamental for success. People development, logistics, project management, time management, cost savings, and innovation are part of what I also heartily believe in.
