I am a founder and partner of Ibarra, del Paso y Gallego, S.C., where I specialize in Real Estate, Hospitality and Business Transactions. I am admitted to practice law in Mexico and in the U.S. in the States of New York and California. I have over twenty five years of experience advising foreign and domestic investors doing business in Mexico, specializing on Real Estate, Commercial and M&A transactions, actively representing several companies in the acquisition, leasing and development of real estate properties for industrial, residential, retail/commercial, tourism and hospitality (restaurants, hotels and services) and infrastructure projects. I obtained my Law degree (JD/LL.B. equivalent) from Universidad Anáhuac del Sur (Mexico City) in 1998 and obtained an LL.M. in International Legal Studies from Georgetown University Law Center (Washington, D.C.) in 2002 as a Fulbright Scholar. Soy Licenciado en Derecho en México y estoy admitido para ejercer como abogado en los Estados Unidos de América en los Estados de Nueva York y California. Tengo más de veinticinco años de experiencia asesorando a inversionistas extranjeros y nacionales en negocios en México, especializándome en operaciones con Inmuebles, Mercantiles y de Fusiones y Adquisiciones, representando activamente a diversas compañías en la adquisición, disposición, arrendamiento y desarrollo de inmuebles para proyectos industriales, residenciales, comerciales, de turismo y hospitalidad (restaurantes, hoteles y servicios) e infraestructura. Soy Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad Anáhuac del Sur, de donde egresé en 1998. Obtuve una Maestría en Derecho Internacional de Georgetown University Law Center (Washington, D.C.) en el 2002 como becario García-Robles Fulbright.Vivo en la Ciudad de México con mi esposa Ximena, disfrutando pasar el tiempo con nuestras cinco hijas.
