Noord-Brabant, The Netherlands

The AJK West Brabant (Agricultural Young Contact) is an association for young professionals passionate, interested and inspired by the agriculture. Over more than 150 members originating from West-Brabant (A part of the province Noord-Brabant from the Netherlands) are member of the association which is covered by the NAJK. (National Agriculture Young Contact) As board, we take the responsibility to organize monthly events, excursions and workshops for the members in order to get in touch with each other and to inform members about the newest developments in the sector. Guatemala

The internship was focussed into assist the realization of a multifunctional centre (CCIPPP) in Guatemala. The involved parties, Popoyan and Priva, started a joint venture to improve the horticultural sector in Central America by training local growers and execute advanched trials. Therein I contributed in conducting the organisation of training programs and supporting the project management in several ways as marketing, labour and investigation.

Oirschot (The Netherlands)

The trees of VIP TREE were cultivated on a new cultivation system in attempting to offer tree products throughout the year to their custumors. During the internship at VIPTREE in Oirschot I have been working on a new business strategy by doing research on the potential opportunities in the market for this innovative and flexible product in the three sector.
