    Led the technical components of the Elite (legal financial software) application upgrade with implementation of multicurrency functionality and the import of foreign office data. Responsible for migrating and/or upgrading applications dependent on financial data in conjunction with financial system upgrade. Systems affected included workflow applications, internal web applications, BI and reporting applications, and data manipulation (SSIS) packages. Applications were delivered on time with no major defects.Asked to lead the enhancement effort of the NBI (New Business Intake) system, an advanced workflow application for client conflict checks and creation of new matters in billing system after project was behind schedule and project sponsor was frustrated with prior team. Responsible for processing internal documentation, gathering requirements, communicating with vendor, coordinating testing, and communicating project dates to business. Delivered all requested functionality on time and within budget, which earned high marks from business sponsor. Relationship with our vendor was improved with better requirements gathering and defect reporting. Function as the subject matter expert for technical aspects of the application.Daily responsibilities include monitoring of daily processes, coordinating the implementation of new software development and enhancement efforts, such as a document management system and data warehouse.
