My main duties are identifying and developing business partnerships to enhance the quality of our programs and operations while establishing mutual benefits for all entities. Additionally, I have developed and implemented class curriculum's for program clients to participate in, I have handled recruiting and marketing duties at community events, Case managed and coached individuals, and led a team of Business Developers.One of my main duties is to ensure that our program numbers are up to date and have met/exceeded their targeted outcomes (specifically analytics and retention). Program Manager for various youth and teen programs within marginalized/At-risk communities. Headed tabling/hiring events and helped represent and brand our organization and programs within the community. Led recruiting, hiring/interviewing, and training for all youth & teen sports and recreation programs.
