Recovered and managed the transition of 140 Coca-Cola Europe sites from several thousand supplier agreements managing over 50k assets, with local practices, processes and systems. Delivered a single European wide facilities management solution, released tens of millions in savings and enabled further business benefits from harmonisation and visibility.

As Programme Director recovered and delivered £3m programme to develop and deploy a new in-house digital platform and associated business change internally and to 150 clients, including numerous household brands. Created Design Authority and as Business Product Owner developed a feature roadmap with new user stories, overseeing the deployment of Agile development software to meet the needs of the business and clients. Applied data analytics to fault find and gain deeper understanding of clients' needs.Rolled out new products and revenue streams, creating a future proof business, assured the operational service delivery and enabled the sale of the PE backed company to a major global player.

Delivered Transformation Programmes across sectors, including:- New Company Creation from Regulation - Brazilian telecoms operators and regulator - As Project and Programme Office Manager deployed a world class broadband monitoring solution across the entire country of Brazil. Bridged UK IT supplier, Brazilian delivery team, telco operators (clients) and local regulator to deliver a successful ground-breaking and multi-cultural implementation worth £50m.- Digital Transformation - City Council - As Project Manager created an outcomes-based target operating model with the Board. Aligned the organisation, from operational managers to senior leaders, to mobilise a Digital Programme, overhauling customer journeys, with projected savings of £7m+.- Accountable Care System (ACS) - Greater Manchester Locality - Project Manager for design phase, worked with senior level stakeholders, set-up PMO and outlined directives for ACS to address £130m financial gap. Reviewed, challenged and developed project proposals, financials and assumptions for a fund bid that resulted in £30m external investment agreement.- IT Enabled Transformation - £10bn+ Construction Conglomerate - As Programme/PMO manager consolidated and aligned with the business three disparate projects (Oracle upgrade, Strategic Sourcing and Shared Services) to enable launching of a halted/delayed £20m business transformation initiative.- HR Service Transformation - Civil Service - As PMO/Programme Manager designed and launched a single operation, from 11 separate private and public sector service centres, serving over 230 organisations, with standardised customer journeys and technology platform, as well as savings.- Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP) - £3bn health & social care footprint - As PMO lead established PMO and governance structure within two weeks, working with leaders across the system, which supported the submission of the Sustainability and Transformation Plan to national bodies.
