Designed and launched the pilot of the service called Virtual Number. The pilot involved a limited amount of customers in Movistar Venezuela and Movistar México. The aim of the pilot is to test the service with real customers and to gather their insight by the end of the pilot. This is a truly hands-on experience since it requires my participation and lead in the entire process, ranging from the coordination with the technical teams to personally contacting each customers in order to engage them to participate in the pilot and to be able to produce a customer insight analysis that will improve the product and push its sales to the mobile operators

Venezuela

- Succesfully launched 12 mobile applications for different mobile platforms. These applications were related to marketing campaigns associated with national celebrations or holidays. Partnered with major companies for some launchs: Facebook, Samsung, Wikipedia, a local sports channel, British Council, etc.- Designed the roadmap and strategy of commercial launchs of mobile applications along with the marketing team.

Venezuela

- Responsible for the consolidation and expansion of the worldwide coverage of the international roaming service.- Formulated the strategy of deployment of the International Roaming service by analyzing the venezuelan market, pattern of communications of the customers, commercial relationships with other countries and collaborating with the Telefónica International Roaming regional team.-Tested, implemented and launched commercially 113 international roaming agreements with mobile operators from more than 40 different countries. Each implementation involved many departments of the company.- Designed and maintained all the dashboards with critical information for the business.- Responsible for the follow-up, analysis and forecast of the KPIs of the business.
