It was also an alternative energy provider, licenced to generate renewable solar energy, solar to electric utilities, commercial, government and residential customers.Responsible for relationship management with all electric utilities, government entities, community organizations and banks.Share responsibility with CFO for banking and investor relations, to include attracting and negotiation of facilities.Identification, negotiation and execution of solar farm projects. Find new large corporate and government solar photovoltaic project opportunities. Participate in negotiations and development of large projects. Active participation in the senior corporate management of the companies.

♦ Develop profitable new business, credit and non-credit new business development within assigned territory, develop intimate knowledge of all prospect opportunities, meet or exceed call quota on a monthly basis. ♦ Responsible for the growth, retention and profitability of Business Banking customer relationships, both newly acquired and assigned small to medium sized businesses and individual relationships, ranging in size from $3 to $20 MM. ♦ Insure that relationships are managed to the highest profit potential for the Bank by identifying and growing both new and assigned relationships by cross-selling other Fifth Third Bank services and deepen these relationships. Develop intimate knowledge of all customers and businesses.♦ Interview applicants to develop information concerning their businesses, banking needs and determine their capacity to fulfill all obligations to the Bank. ♦ Develop an underwriting list of essential information needed to render a timely response. ♦ Provide supervision for the lending activities of Banking Center Managers, including communicating Bank-lending policies, and advising and controlling the extension of loans. This includes interviewing applicants to develop information concerning their business needs, abilities and financial condition to determine their credit worthiness. ♦ Provide advice and direction to prospects and customers in regard to loan requests or other bank services and products.Recognized as the most active referral provider the Investment Advisors Division during 2008.•Chaired Hispanic Business Resource Group of the Bank’s Diversity Council. The Bank became recognized as an active member and supporter of the Hispanic business community.•Recognized as “Top Performer” three times and “Top Revenue Producer” for the division in 2008. •Consistently exceeded loan, deposit and outside call targets in 2007 and 2008.

•Oversaw underwriting by credit department of proposed loans in commercial real estate, owner occupied or investment; commercial lines of credit, equipment loans, letters of credit and other customer financing requirements. •Partnered with branch managers and specialized departments to develop clients.
