I’m a full stack developer and I’m interested on creating new solutions based on innovative business models and technology.During my master and bachelor degrees (from 2004 to 2009), at IST, I acquired technical skills related with software development and IT management. The high requirements that this university is known for forced me to be more proactive and to work much more than I was used to.In the four years of my PhD (from 2009 to 2013) I learned to think in a different manner. Now I’m able to analyze complex problems and propose/execute possible and creative solutions. During this period I started to supervise several master students, which allowed me to develop project management and leader skills.In parallel with my PhD I’ve led the software development using the Outsystems Plataform in Primedrinks. This allowed me to deepen my knowledge regarding html, css, javascript and sql.In 2013 I founded Pricious with three colleagues. Besides being the main accountable for the software development of the web application (Ruby on Rails), this adventure allowed me to acquire knowledge from areas that were unfamiliar to me until then: sales, digital marketing, and accountability.Since 2014 I’m working to be a better public speaker and leader. In order to accomplish that, I joined a Toastmaster club, where I improved my communication skills.In 2016 I started lecturing classes at Instituto Superior Tecnico as Invited Assistant Professor, cofounded Le Wagon Lisbon and created my own software company, DigiPrise.Finally, I consider myself proactive, driven and resilient and I enjoy travelling, football, and learning new stuff.Specialties: Enterprise Engineering, Business Development, Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Requirements Elicitation, and Software Development
