    In the Planning Sector the biggest challenge was the review of some key processes at the company. Each routine was studied to search for its continuous improvement, creating/reviewing forms and indicating qualified targets. This process needs a lot of long term thinking as the workflows get mixed in the company, they need to be simple to avoid reworks and less red tape. It started to use the company’s intranet as an improvement tool which promoted an advanced automatization (It used system intelligence incorporate), most of the workflows were improved by the creation of new tools and the system upgrade of the existing module. I was also responsible for the insights and projects from the company head analyzing its full practical applicability. In 2018 I had started the year with a goal, to build up a new brand for the company. So, I joined many meetings to define it. In the following year we continued fostering this new brand and I set up the action plan with more than 500 activities, internal, external, online and off-line for the whole 2019.

    When I moved to Belo Horizonte in 2010 I started to work with ISO 9001 certification. So, I could learn about planning and business process flows. I helped the ISO 9001:2000 system to upgrade to the new ISO 9001:2008 it involved the documentation adjustment and changing the system to an easier one. Then, the workflows were reviewed to run in a lean, fast and straightforward mode. I have created an ISO trainee booklet and an employee handbook. I also helped to recreate the 5S Production System and BIS program (Boas Ideias Saritur). I closely supervised the development of two websites of Saritur Group for the public transport services (urban bus and road bus) and in 2014, I also supervised the process to create the intranet. In that project, I was the link between the development agency and Saritur. I assisted to build the official business page at Facebook for Saritur Group and I also joined in the creation of the new online booking page.
