Jericho Road is an organization dedicated to provide professional services to non profit organizations, as part of the mission they are planning to launch a board placement service, that consists in educating professionals in how to be a board member at a non profit organization and placing them in boards.Participated in the committee that did the business plan for this service.

As a core part of the first year curriculum at Babson College, all the first year students participate in the Babson Consulting Alliance Program (BCAP). In this project, a group of 5 MBA students work closely with a faculty to consult an external company in a real business need for 9 months.My experience was with Putney Pharmaceuticals, and our project was to design their sales force and plan its deployment, to specific tasks comprised by this project were:• Understanding company's strategic and financial plan• Designing sales force roles and responsibilities• Planning activities for each role• Forecasting sales force operating cost and profitability• Designing sales force roll-out plan according to strategic and operating plan
