Integrating the local Human Genetic Therapeutic (HGT) Team Division, as a Medical Consultant, and reporting to the SUN region (Italy, France, Spain and Portugal) Medical Director based in Madrid, I was responsible for conceiving and implementing all the required projects for the local medical function settlement, and support to the local Division consolidation and expansion. Review and implementation of functions as Clinical Research, Outcomes Research, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs (also including pricing and reimbursement of medicines), Drug Safety, Scientific training and Quality Assurance.
