IMS Corporate Purchases (Reported to Latin America Indirect Purchases Director)● Responsible for indirect purchases of Facility Management y MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations)f or 5 plants, 2 distribution centers and the Mexican Headquarters, which implied managing approximately 75 suppliers.● Led the project to centralize purchases for Facility Management and MRO, generating up to 20% savings on purchases for that area, eliminating new fraud risks.● Renegotiated payment terms with material and service suppliers for the Marketing department at Henkel Mexico, due to changes on payment policies, that generated annual earnings of around $1 USD million.● Developed an electronic bidding system for strategic purchases for Facility Management, this process was implemented in Latin America, along with Global Shared Services Purchasing. I automated the process, previously manual, resolving the generated conflicts between production, finances and purchases departments. ● Introduced of a new on site MRO supplier, within the main adhesive plant for Henkel Mexico. Generating benefits in terms of speed, quality and costs. This was the first on site introduction in Latin America, serving as a model for other regional plants.

● Conducted the first strategic suppliers evaluation for Indirect Purchases, for the mexican subsidiary. This evaluation was part of a global project, that aimed at implementing certain social policies in accordance to the Global Agreement of the United Nations. The evaluation done within Mexico became the model to replicate at the Brazilian subsidiary.
