The Dominican Society of Artificial Intelligence (SODIA) is a non-profit scientific institution dedicated to the study, research and dissemination of ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE as a scientific-technological discipline that studies naturally intelligent entities to create devices, machines and systems capable of displaying intelligent behavior.

As a data scientist I develop Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions for different business cases from education to sales. Among the types of models that I implement are regression, clustering (geographic-demographic), classification and recommender systems.

As an Artificial Intelligence Engineer, I am in charge of developing cognitive and machine learning solutions for various use cases and applications such as computer vision (object recognition in images and video), cognitive search, natural language processing, sentiment analysis, and other similar AI applications. In addition, part of my job consists in developing microservices with Python for carrying out scheduled tasks and process automation.
