About Carlos Orman

During my college years I followed my passion for automobiles and engines and therefore finished my degree as an Automotive Engineer with a minor in Management. With this background I was preparing myself to tackle every challenge possible within a project starting from the technical all the way to the commercial part. Fast forward to the present, a young professional with plenty years of experience in the international sales and business development area. I see myself more as a commercial engineer with broad technical skills. With my various cultural backgrounds and my ability to speak four (4) languages I can be the link between any company and different clients and or prospects. After supplying equipment for the international energy industry for more than 7 years and and using my knowledge to help clients with their internal processes, I managed to build a strong network in the LATAM and Caribbean region. In 2023 I was approached by Centraal Aruba to join their management team and embrace the challenging role of Director of Technical Operations, a testament to their confidence in my abilities."My motto is to create a win win situation out of every business opportunity.
