the main task in this job was to provide customer service, give billing information and also solve billing issues and negociate with customers, also I was working in retention department where the main job was negociate with customer to keep them in the company also negociate to avoid legal escalations and also provide better understanding of the companys policies, also I was in tech support department where we were looking solutions for customer with internet, voice and texts issues also with device issues with local issues and also with issues with roaming, also I was in coorporate solutions where we were the poing of solutions for big companies that were using our services and also becuase of this I was a subject matter expert and I was part of staff to work as a support for the production pears, also taking escalations over the phone, also helping during trainning process for new people in the company and helping them to reach the goals, I learn to work by achieving goals and measuring them with Metrics and KPIs.
